it does sound like a speech impediment. did you have any kind of head injury as a child or lately? That could also affect your speech. If it didn't work out with one speech therapist, you should really try another. They are not all the same. I would call my local hospital and ask them what they suggest also you could go to your family doctor and explain to them your issue. Alot of people don't use their family doctor until they are physically sick, but they are a goldmine of knowledge - and they know other specialty doctors. Doctors and therapists are there for your whole health - mind and body. I have asked my doctor for all kinds of medical advice, and she has come through each time with a sensible solution or suggestion. good luck.I am a 22 yr male. I would suggest a speech pathologyst but if thats not working just everyday try to work on your letter sounds. Repeat roll or other words with the letters over and over to keep geeting the sounds out. I work with a speech therapist with kids and shes always trying to get the kids to use the words as often as possible. Good luck

Hmm, I don't agree with the speech impediment stuff yet ... what's your first language?

Do you have any friends that you can practice with?
