Can some1 give me advice. i kinda have a problem?

i know this may seem gross. but during a single day i must poop about 3-4 times a day. the 1st time i do it in the day it's normal consistency. and then the last times it's kind of dirreaish. this might be due to eating tons of fruit but idk. also i am on a diet and whenever i get on a diet i always eat too much of a certain health food which totally cancels out the health part of it. like i will eat 3-4 apples a day. or a couple bowls of cereal(but i make sure to measure them 1 cup each) but i just feel like i am eating too much. i have also recently started counting all my food(calories) on sparkteens.com and most of the time it says i have had about 1500 calories a day. sometimes i eat 2000 but those are on days when i really workout. btw i am a 15 yr. old girl who is 107-111 lbs. and 5 ft 2 or possibly 3. and i want to lose 10-15 lbs. by april 1st which is my birthday. i know i asked like 3 questions in this. but can someone give me advice on the things i asked. thanx so much!Can some1 give me advice. i kinda have a problem?

If you really want to loose weight you just need to do cardio like running and jump rope. You should try drinking 8 glasses of water a day (I lost 5 pounds in the first week). That level of water flushes out the fat and toxins, makes you less hungry and more hydrated. Just eat balanced amounts of each food, don't go overboard on just one. Eat lean meats like chicken.
