Brush...floss and reguarly rinse your mouth with something like Listerine. Chewing sugar free gum (like spearmint) or eating a few breath mints go a long way.
Remember, if you even THINK you have bad breath, do something about it...better to take a breath mint and not need one, than to NOT take one, and need it!Doesn't anybody ever speak about halitosis? I'm sure it's a common problem. Please help by personal advice.
See your dentist. it is often caused from a bad tooth, gum disease, or maybe infection. not always, but it is worth checking out. Sometimes, even your diet can cause some bad breath, but routine brushing, flossing, and dental cleanings twice a year should be sufficient to keep down bad breath.
