I'm fourteen years old, 5 foot three, and I weigh 230 pounds. I've been obese for as long as I can remember and its about time I do something about it. My parents have very little money and I can't afford to do sports and go to gyms. I need some diet and exercise ideas that can help me lose this fast. I know it will take time because I'm about 100 pounds over what I should be. I'm just sick of exercising but not getting any results.
Any ideas?I have a serious problem and I need advice?

I know you want to lose the weight quickly, but anything more than 1-2 pounds a week isn't healthy. Just take your time.
If anything, see if your school nurse has some ideas. If your family is low-income, a lot of times your local YMCA can offer low or even no cost memberships.
Right around 1500 calories a day should work nicely, so if anything try looking online for healthy recipes. Google around until you find the Hungry Girl website - they're awesome for good healthy food ideas.
Maybe you could also volunteer to walk neighbors'/friends' dogs? Not only is it healthy for you, but a dog would love you for it! Even check out the local humane society to see if they need any help.

and what exercises are you doing exactly that are not showing any results?
