GUY PROBLEM.. please help! opinions and advice... please!!!!

So I think my co-worker has a crush on me, and although hes nice I dont like him that way... we started talking on messengers and he asked me if i wanted to hang out, i said okay even though I really dont want to. So again he just said hang out. He was asking me where I liked to go and I told him some, just casual places, not like to the movies or out to dinner.

So that was a little while ago. Now hes kind of saying things like we have so much in common and we have to hangout. He then added in that his past girlfriends thought that the places he picked to hangout were boring, that they said he would bore any girl he took out... so now I'm kind of annoyed and confused. Why would he say that? I mean, I kind of thought from the beginning that he liked me, but now I totally just don't want to go anywhere with him at all. He's saying stuff like he'll pay for me and hes asking if he can give me a call sometime. I've honestly only spoken to him twice before this, he just started the job, I

hardly know him. What should I do? I'm kind of ticked off but I don't want to say no and seem mean... plus I can't make it awkward since I'm working with him. Help, please?GUY PROBLEM.. please help! opinions and advice... please!!!!
Either you've led him on or he's completely deluted. You need to tell him where his place is. It's not fair to him to him or you. Set him straight.GUY PROBLEM.. please help! opinions and advice... please!!!!

Basically what he is saying, he have so much and out of any GIRLS you are the one he treated best the most. But what I don't get is, if he thinks he is awesome and really cool, then why does girl left him? there must be a reason. I have a theory: he going to offer everything he have to you, in return, he expect you gives him something... da da dum! don't want to go beyond that. My advice is, just said: ';It been nice for you to treat me with respect, but I rather stay a friend.';
