So I got a problem at work, any advice?

Ok I started working at this warehouse about 2 months ago. Everything was good and I kept to myself. Theres a total of 14 ppl at my job, all girls. The only guy is the supervisor who runs the whole warehouse. My problem is with 2 girls, Alicia a manager and Yolanda an employee. I work with my best friend, she wouldnt lie to me. And today she told me that all of the ladies at work make fun of me. They make fun of my apperance and my weight and they say i stink. Ive never had that problem before. I dont know what to do. I may not be the prettiest girl in the world. And I know that I gained a bit of weight after having my daughter but im not dirty, I take baths, I dress nicely and i wear perfume to work. I dont know why their saying all those things about me.





They have the nerve to talk about me but Alicia and Yolanda are constanly rude to others while we're working. They talk about sex all the time. They say who they do it with, and how they like it. And they ask other ppl what they like to do with their spouses... WTF? I was wondering who can I talk to in this situation. I cant talk to the supervisor because rumor has it, hes fooling around with Yolanda. So thats why she walks around like she owns the place. Nobody at work will stand up to them because their scared to lose their jobs. Im actually going to quit this monday. But before I quit I wanna know what can I do and who can I talk to.... but not from work. Is there anywhere I can go to in order to report all this?? So I got a problem at work, any advice?
When I was 19, I worked for a warehouse. The office staff consisted of me, two other women and the supervisor (a man). He was always running around and was never really around. When he was there, the women were so nice and polite to me. When he was gone, it was another story.





They treated me like crap. They were like 40 and 50 something year olds who had no life. They had worked there since the place had opened, like 20 years ago and they had no college degree, so it was their career. They were so fake. I think they were jeleous of the young girl who could do work faster and who was gaining alot of respect from my boss.





They started not telling me when my customers called, throwing away papers that I left on the printer, and then when I asked where it was, they would say ';I don't know?'; If I was heating up my food in the microwave, and I went to go answer the phone, when I came back my food would be sitting out in the freezing cold breakroom with spider webs everywhere. They were just so ridiculous.





I took it to the owner, he did nothing. He saw them more reliable and probably couldn't believe that his perfect workers would be treating me this way. They had built a fake rapport with him. I told the supervisor. He told me he would correct this behavior if he saw it, but they never treated me badly when anyone was around.





I ended up quitting one day, I showed up a work at like 12pm with a box, threw all my stuff, told the women to go f*** themselves and I walked out of there. I never looked back. I ended up finding a WAY better job opportunity elsewhere.





Warehouse politics are always the same. It's always a small office staff of a bunch of nosy, no-life women who just get off on being a jerk. You should consider going to the supervisor. Start sending emails to the supervisor to document these things that are happening at work. Then forward the emails to your personal email so you can have them as proof. Go to him and say that their unprofessional and demeaning treatment to you is effecting your job, and that you should not have to put up with these types of conditions in the work place. See what they do.





Most likely, nothing will happen because these women will always treat you nice when the supervisors are around. It's when they're not around that they will haunt you. Eventually you will have enough and you will quit.





Good luck. Like I said, I quit my warehouse job and never looked back. If I ever saw one of those loser ladies from the job in the streets, I would spit in their faces.

They have no life and they are so boring that they want to entertain themselves by talking about others. They are a bunch of losers. Tell them that their hair is greasy and they are fake, and move on with your life.

If you're quitting Monday, then just forget it. There's really nothing to ';report.'; You just work w/ annoying people. It's not like you have a sexual harassment lawsuit on your hands or anything, haha -- This is just life at work when you work w/ a bunch of jerks. If the manager is fooling around w/ Yolanda, then my guess is, they'll break up and it'll end w/ her getting fired (that's what usually what happens when you're playing around w/ the boss, haha), but since you're quitting - don't even worry about. Just quit. Next time you get a job, try for someplace bigger -- so at least when there are problems, maybe you can move to another dept and you won't have to go so far as to quit to get away from the nonsense.
